What are my payment options?

We accept all the popular payment methods as well as  major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and more (see footer).

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email from us after you have placed the order. You’ll get confirmation in your email when you purchase and we’ll let you know when your order is on the move. You will be able to track your order through your preferred shipping partner.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. It will ship within hours of order placement.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free U.S. shipping for orders over $50.

How long does the delivery take?

It depends on your location and shipping method. Typical transit is 2–7 business days within the continental U.S.

Do you ship overseas?

What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

How do I track my Refund?

To track the status of your refund, kindly refer to your confirmation email that you have received from us.

How long does it take to get the Refund?

After we receive and inspect the return (usually within 3–5 business days), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

Who pays return shipping?

You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, etc.).

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

How do I initiate a return?
